Xerces.NET is a port of Xerces, an XML parser, to Microsoft .NET.

The latest release of Xerces.NET can be found at http://www.dotnetit.org/xerces.net/xerces_dotnet.zip.
The API documentation for Xerces.NET can be found in docs/index.html.
To use simply reference the xerces.net.dll file in the bin directory.
I encorage everyone to become involved in porting Apache projects to .NET. I also would welcome any help porting other Apache projects to .NET.
